  • How many children can we invite?
    We can comfortably accommodate up to 25 children. If you’re planning to invite more, please let us know in advance to discuss options.
  • Will the coffee shop be open?
    The coffee shop will be open during the play session; however, it will be closed during your picnic time.
  • Can I run a tab for my guests in the coffee shop?
    Absolutely! We're happy to set up a tab for you. We just ask that it be settled before you leave the site at the end of the day.
  • Do parents stay during the party?
    Yes, parents are required to stay as we are a parent-led stay-and-play group. We also have a coffee shop on-site for adults to enjoy.
  • Do you provide party decorations, or can we bring our own?
    We provide bunting, which will be set up in the picnic area before your arrival. You're welcome to bring additional decorations, but please note that any items you bring must be removed and taken home at the end of your party.
  • Is there parking available at the venue?
    Yes, we have ample parking for guests.
  • Is food provided?
    While we don't offer catering services, you'll have access to our picnic area for 45 minutes following the main play session. Many of our party hosts choose to bring finger foods and a birthday cake for the celebration.
  • What age range is appropriate for parties at your venue?
    Our venue is designed for toddlers, typically aged 1 to 5 years old. However, we can accommodate slightly older siblings or friends as well up to the age of 7.
  • What is the duration of a party?
    The duration of our parties is 1 hour and 30 minutes in the main site, followed by 45 minutes in our picnic area for party food.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. This is because we allocate resources and prepare for your booking well in advance.
  • What happens if rains?
    We operate rain or shine, as our activities are designed for all outdoor play and stay. The party will proceed as planned, and we have designated shelter areas and heating available to ensure a great experience, regardless of the weather.
  • Can we bring food and drinks on to site?
    Yes, you can food and drinks to the site, but everything you bring, including food waste and other materials, must be removed and taken home at the end of your party.
  • Do you provide invites?
    Yes, we provide invitations! You can choose a design from our selection (view templates here), and we will personalise it for you. Simply supply the name and age of the child being celebrated, along with the RSVP details. We will then email you three files: one for home printing, one for professional printing, and one for sharing on WhatsApp.
  • Can we arrive early to set up?
    We offer access to the site 30 minutes before the party start time for you to set up any decorations or party food. If you need more time, just let us know in advance!
  • What age range is appropriate for parties at your venue?
    Our venue is designed for Children, typically aged 2 to 7 years old.
  • Can we bring party food into the forest?
    You're very welcome to enjoy a birthday cake at our Forest site as part of your celebration! For any other food, we kindly ask that it be purchased and enjoyed in the Garden Terrace Café, as per the Arboretum’s guidelines. Since they are a separate business from us, we appreciate your understanding. Thank you! Please note everything you bring, including food waste and other materials, must be removed and taken home at the end of your party.
